Inspire

Music is our passion, and we love encouraging others to discover the joy of rhythm and song. It's more than notes and sheet music. The thrill of music starts in the heart and shows in the smiles of our students. Boeker Studio is a family environment and provides music lessons to students of all ages. Lessons are taught in our home in 30 minute increments, and are tailored to the needs of the individual. Through a variety of styles from jazz or classical, to church worship music, we are here to inspire you.

Lesson Details

Piano lessons are available starting with 30 minute lessons.  Guitar lessons are available learning acoustic classical fingerstyle or worship music. Classical training on violin and viola. Voice lessons upon request.

No refunds are available. Cancellations may be given with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Same day cancellations will be billed as usual. Cancellations due to illness are the only exception. Rescheduling a missed lesson is strongly encouraged. Lesson rates are subject to change. Please contact Boeker Studio for current pricing.

Lesson books are available at an additional cost payable by the student.

YOUR TEACHERS

Amber Boeker has been teaching as a private music instructor in Los Angeles County for 15 years. She raised her family in the Acton, California area where they have performed regularly in various local groups. The Boeker family recently relocated to Canoga Park, California where Amber teaches out of her home studio, leading students of all ages to love and appreciate the fine art of music.

Amber grew up in a musical family and has been playing piano since she was in 2nd grade. Her skills extend beyond piano to include experience with solo voice, flute, bassoon, handbells and guitar.
Carter Boeker
Carter Boeker
Instructor

Carter began teaching seven years ago and now teaches violin, viola, voice, and classical guitar. He has performed overseas in Prague and Vienna with the West Coast Classical Symphonic Orchestra and has toured in the United States with the Master’s Chorale. Carter is currently a student at the Master’s University, studying choral music and viola.
Aaron Boeker
Aaron Boeker
Instructor

Aaron began teaching some of our younger students 5 years ago. He has played violin and viola in the West Coast Classical Orchestra and Jazz Ensemble and was privileged to perform with the Master’s University Orchestra this year as a Junior in High School. Aaron also plays piano, guitar, bass guitar and cajon.
